Discovering new paths together with you is my passion!
In addition to my love for the mountains, I have made my calling my main job. I enjoy working effectively with people. For me, that means actually seeing concrete changes during our collaboration. In order to achieve this goal, I ended my "lucrative" career as a head of department, started my own business and invested a lot of resources in years of further training. So I'm really looking forward to seeing you.
Exciting and responsible tasks have enriched my professional life. It was important to me to always learn new things and to develop myself courageously. For example, I moved to New Zealand to work at a bank there. I later worked in Hanover and in the Ruhr area, where I most recently worked as Head of Talent in HR. At the same time, I worked part-time as a Coach and university lecturer.
In 2021 I finally arrived in my new home of Munich. Here I can recharge the energy that I bring to my clients particularly well. Whether skiing, alpine climbing or hiking, I feel best in nature and love the Alps.
Like many clients, I have also experienced some challenging life situations and crises myself, be it when I was a child moving to a country whose culture and language I did not understand, or later in my professional and private life. Over the past decade I have benefited greatly from coaching and hypnosis myself. And that's where my authentic enthusiasm for these effective methods comes from.
